PlaceMade is San Francisco’s first non-profit industrial real estate development corporation dedicated to creating affordable, functional, and accessible real estate for the manufacturing sector.

In 2018, SFCIF provided a new market tax credit allocation of $23.4 million to PlaceMade to help finance the construction of a new manufacturing facility.
