RENOIR HOTEL
The SFCIF helped finance the rehabilitation of a historic property, the Renoir Hotel (now the San Francisco Proper Hotel), located in San Francisco’s Central Market area of the Tenderloin.
In 2014, SFCIF provided a new market tax credit allocation of $13.5 million to the Renoir Hotel.
